AML Head of Policy & Advisory & Deputy MLRO, STF, Policy Standards, Risk Assessments, Stakeholder Management, Team Management, Problem Solving, Financial Services, DipAML/ACAMS

My Banking Client is looking for an AML Head of Policy & Advisory who can also act as the deputy MLRO and pick up MLRO responsibilities and accountabilities when necessary.

The role holder will be responsible for the interpretation and deployment of AML/STF Policy standards.

Experience in holding an AML/STF senior role is therefore essential, as is experience of working in global financial services organisations.

Experience of acting as a Deputy MLRO within a financial services organisation is also essential.

Knowledge and awareness of AML/STF policy is required, along with knowledge of policy writing.

Ideally, the client would like the successful candidate to have an AML/STF qualification such as DipAML or ACAMS.
