AML COMPLIANCE CONSULTANT - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM
Languages: ENGLISH with FRENCH or DUTCH.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- The candidate ideally possesses 10 years of experience in legal and risk management and especially in compliance for services, AML (Anti Money Laundering) for insurance activities.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
- In the framework of the new legal requirement for Anti-Money Laundering - 2017, the AML compliance officer will have a mission to implement the AML directive for insurance activities (Life retail & commercial lines) and benchmark the approach.
- He/she will be in charge of the:
- Global assessment and review of the policies.
- Preparation of the training material.
- Support for the ongoing and global assessment.
- Definition of an action plan.
- Review of procedures and guidelines.
- Development of preventive measures for 2nd pilar pension.
- Support the monitoring of the implementation of the directive.
