- Atleast 2+ years of experience on JIRA
- 5+ years of development experience of ClearBasic/Amdocs CRM 6.5 (Must Have)
- Telecom CRM
- Atleast 5+ years of experience in:
Working in an Agile Environment
Managing a team of 10+
Development resources working in an Agile environment across paralell sprints
Creating HLD and LLD based on requirements received from the Business analysis team. - Scoping and estimation of development and Unit testing effort for the sprints
