BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

- Have 5+ years of experience in implementing solutions based on Amdocs Enabler(EPC, Turbo Charging, XACCT, Billing, AmDD)/Clarify CRM/OMS products.
- Exposure to Amdocs Legacy products like Amdocs Ensemble, CRM, Mediation is a plus point
- Possess the knowledge of Amdocs Product architecture
- Have good understanding of complete BSS components and it's integration with other systems.
- Should possess knowledge of international frameworks and specifications like TM Forum's eTOM, SID, 3GPP.
- Has involved in complete E2E life cycle of projects
- Has been involved in customer interaction to gather requirements, discuss and provide solution.
- Has worked in transformation projects
- Capable to lead virtual teams in designing, developing & delivering solutions
- Experience in preparing response to FRIs, FRPs.
- Project Management skills, CMMI is desirable
- Understanding of operational/maintenance Issues related to systems is desirable. Exposure to ITIL framework for service is an added advantage.
- Has worked identify new business opportunities and possible process improvements with various clients
- Good understanding of client business and ability to link between client's needs and Amdocs solution, with regards to components within his/her area.
- Possess high level of service awareness and has served as consultant to client regarding technical or other solutions to business issues in his area of responsibility.

KEY EXPERIENCE TO SEARCH

1. 5+ years experience in Amdocs Enabler(EPC, Turbo Charging, XACCT, Billing, AmDD)/Clarify CRM/OMS/Ensemble
2. Have been at Manager/Senior Expert position in Amdocs
