My client in Prague are seeking a Specialist in Amadeus Altéa to manage the setup and roll out of their departure control customer management system. As Amadeus Altéa CM Consultant your role will form into the Project Team, liaising with stakeholders and other project members to understand the business needs within Altéa Customer Management.

As Amadeus Altéa/Altea CM Consultant you pose new scenarios and participate in the development of new customer management procedures.

The specialist Amadeus Altéa/Altea consultant must have experience working with Amadeus Altéa/Altea applications (specifically DC Customer Management), be proficient in customer services and have a strong commercial understanding.

Amadeus Altéa/Altea desirable experience.
- Altéa Customer Management (CM Overview)
- Customer Management Altéa agent training (CM Agent Training)
- Amadeus Altéa Inventory (Inventory DS - Altéa/Altea)
