Currently I'm looking for an eager candidate that is fluent German and English and currently available for a challenging job. You will be part of a large customer service team. This will be a temporary full time position for 1 year.

Job
In this job as customer service representative you will have a variety of work. Next to being the point of contact for the international clients you will also be working on order management, order fulfillment process and busy with building and maintaining client relationships. You need to have relevant experience with export procedures and documents. Due to your excellent communication skills you're able to build long term relationships with your clients. They work with SAP and you will be working with this system on a daily basis.

Wanted:
Experience in a similar position
B2B experience (no B2C experience)
Fluent German and English
Experience of SAP is a must
Available on short notice is a must

Given:
Good salary, 2.500 - 2.900 gross per month
