ALM, Application Lifecycle management, Clearcase, rational Team Concert, GitHub, Linux/Unix, Build Automation, Continous integration tools, Buildforge, Hudson, Bamboo, Development, Support, Shell, Perl, python, Agile methodologies.
Excellent opportunity to join a major financial organisation on a long term contract basis.
This position is mainly a support role however an element of development is also required. Deep skills and knowledge around ALM is a must. You will be expected to have a solid understanding of release engineering, linux operating systems and application development.
The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with different teams and senior stakeholders.
System knowledge of ClearCase, Rational Team Concert or Github is ideal.
Administration experience with Build Automation and Integration Tools like Buildforge, Hudson or Bamboo is a plus.
Scripting expertise around Perl Shell python or ruby.
Essential skills would be surrounding all aspects of ALM - Implementation, administration and support. Collaboration tools such as Confluence also needed.
Java development experience will also be needed
