Allied Health Recruiter High volume environment!
WILL BE RECRUITING NON CLINICAL: ADMIN, CLERKS, TECHS, EDS
Requisition review (multiple times per day)
Follow up, follow up and follow up
Client interaction
Sourcing Candidates
Presentation and/or disposition of candidates
Sources, attracts and screens new employees for nonexempt and exempt positions. Maintains and seeks valuable sourcing contacts in the industry including college recruiting, technical schools, job fairs, and affirmative action programs.
Conducts reference checks.
May coordinate examinations, travel, and reporting dates.

Strong Follow up and Organizational Capabilities
Ability to multi task with a large req load
Allied Health recruiting volume
3-6 Years experience - Full life cycle recruitment experience.
Must have experience meeting with internal/external clients.
STRONG COMMUNICATION
MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE A DEMANDING WORKLOAD
Lotus Notes, TALEO STRONGLY PREFERRED
