ALLIED HEALTH RECRUITER (FULL LIFE CYCLE)

DURATION: 6-month contract (W2)

LOCATION: Modesto, CA 95354 (can be anywhere between Modesto and Sacramento where client has an office)

CLIENT: One of the country's largest health care and health plan providers

HIGH VOLUME ENVIRONMENT!

WILL BE RECRUITING NON-CLINICAL ROLES: ADMIN, CLERKS, TECHS, EDS

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sources, attracts and screens new employees for nonexempt and exempt positions. Maintains and seeks valuable sourcing contacts in the industry including college recruiting, technical schools, job fairs, and affirmative action programs. Conducts reference checks. May coordinate examinations, travel, and reporting dates.

TOP DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Requisition review (multiple times per day)
- Follow up, follow up and follow up
- Client interaction
- Sourcing
- Candidate presentation and/or disposition

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

- 3-6 years' relevant experience
- Full life cycle recruitment experience
- Attention to detail
- Strong follow-up and organizational capabilities
- Ability to multi-task with a large req load

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

- Lotus Notes
- Taleo

DESIRED SKILLS:

- Allied Health recruiting
- Volume recruiting

HEALTH SCREEN MAY BE REQUIRED DEPENDING ON WHERE THE CANDIDATE SITS. IF IN MODESTO, IT IS DEFINITELY REQUIRED.
