SCHEDULER - HATFIELD
A leading provider of IT communication services, our client is currently looking for a Scheduler to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Hatfield.

The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with the schedule of IT engineers and assigning roles to them.

The ideal candidate will have:-
Excellent Customer Service
Atleast 9 months experience of working in a call centre environment
A positive approach to work
Good Organisational Skills
Good Administrative experience, attention to detail and accuracy
Good interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships
Experience in adhering to SLA's (Service Level Agreements)
Experience of relevant business systems eg SAP
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Prioritise own workload to ensure that deadlines and customer requirements are met.
Advising and providing support to customers to satisfactorily resolve queries and escalating where appropriate.

Experience in scheduling engineers would be advantageous
