Alfresco System Trainer

This is a daily rate contract, on an initial 2 month contract, which will likely extend well beyond this term. Based in Dublin City Centre.

Reporting to the ECM Business Change PM, the Systems Trainers will be responsible for delivering training programs to the user community to enable them to use Alfresco in the day-to-day running of the company. The System trainers must be able to explain the technical complexities of software effectively in a context that is applicable to the user community.

You will ideally have training experience (doesn't have to be in Alfresco.)

Requirements

- PRIOR EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF ALFRESCO IS ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in a similar role essential
- Ability to understand the Alfresco business/system processes
- Ability to work as part of a team to ensure successful training delivery
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills with the ability to convey messages in a clear and efficient manner

Knowledge of Alfresco

- Understand the components of an Alfresco ECM system and their interactions
- Understand how to create and manipulate content in the repository
- Understand search capabilities and federated search capabilities
- Understand how Alfresco manages records
- Understand how Alfresco manages content and metadata
- Be able to configure Outlook to set Alfresco as a mailbox
- Be able to configure email aliases on Alfresco folders
- Be able to configure rules in Alfresco
- Be able to describe the Alfresco security model
- Be able to configure users, groups, and roles
