Problem determination
-Configure ILOM/RSA
-Perform Unix server support.
-Trouble-shoot system problems.
-Apply OS patching
-Implement sudo project.
-Build zones.
-Install and trouble-shoot IBM tools on Servers.
-Work with application team such as Oracle, WebSphere, Legato
-Perform OS upgrade.
-Tuning the OS performance
-Evaulate new OS technology and provide recommendation.
-Manage OS build projects.
-Guide the team on enhancing OS skill
-Standardize OS platform.
-Plan and implement OS related DR project.
-Guide the team on WAN boot and live upgrade, Flar
-Automate the processes.
-Perform advanced trouble-shooting skill such as DTrace to OS issues.
