Introduction: For the MDM software solutions department of our client we are actively seeking an Airwatch 1st Level Support.
Role: You will be responsible for supporting successful installations of AirWatch (no Engineer needed).
. Support both mobile application and console implementation efforts
. Support server installations with the AirWatch console
. Support mobile data terminal, client software installation and configuration activities
. Support end-user training efforts
. Support customer implementations
. Provide AirWatch solution feedback to our Software Development team to allow for continuous product improvement based on internal and external product experiences
. Support AirWatchTM software quality assurance activities
. Proactively and reactively troubleshoot and resolve issues for our customers
. Update and maintain project issues list, which includes prioritizing issues
Desired Skills and Experience:
. 2-3 years professional experience as 1st Level Support for Mobile Content Management Application AirWatch
. Understanding of mobile device communication and web application structure
. Strong understanding of specific mobile device platforms preferred
. Technical design and documentation experience preferred
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; is able to explain technical topics in simple terms;
. Technical and creative problem solving skills
. Self-motivated
. Ability to complete tasks with limited direction
. Interest in mobile device community and leading mobility technology
. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Languages:
English skills like a native speaker +
German is a plus
