This is an exceptional opportunity to enhance your career within facilities services working for a large and well-known FTSE250 FM Outsourcing business. An experienced Air Conditioning Engineer is required to undertake all planned and reactive HVAC maintenance required for the contracts and/or client's buildings allocated.

The main responsibilities include:
*Covering HVAC maintenance incorporating AC, Chillers and VRF systems
*To safely and efficiently install, maintain and repair plant and equipment
*To carry out diagnostic and fault finding
*To carry out routine servicing and commissioning to plant
*Maintain plant, PPM, personal and vehicle records
*To identify areas for additional works within and out of the specified contractual requirements
*To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time
*To understand and comply with policies and procedures
*To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
*To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
*To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required

Our requirements include:
*Relevant Technical qualifications, eg: City & Guilds, (HNC or equivalent)
*Preferably served time as an apprentice
*NVQ level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or C&G/HNC (building services) or equivalent
*C&G 2078 safe handling certificate or CITB equivalent
*C&G 2079 F Gas or equivalent
*Demonstrably IT literate particularly in Excel
