AIR C2 PROJECT MANAGER - PROJECT PLANNING, NATO, MONS, SC CLEARED
4 year contract available for a Project manager/Planner with C2 (Command & Control) experience, working onsite at NATO.
+ 4 Year contract
+ €400 - 550 per day

POSITION CONTEXT
To support SHAPE Air Command and Control (Air C2) - Programme Management Capability. The objective is to provide project implementation support of ACO's (Allied Command Operations) responsibilities regarding Air Command and Control System (ACCS) Capability Package, to augment the Air C2 structure in direct support of the development of Air Command and Control (Air C2) services in accordance with the NATO Capability Management Policy and Directive and the NATO guidance for the management of software intensive systems.
TASKS
+ Assist and support ACCS Capability Package Coordinator (CAPCO) in day-to-day CP management.
+ Support ACO in the completion of CP Project Implementation Plan (PIP) and coordinate the implementation of the projects in accordance with the PIP
+ Help formulate ACO/Bi-SC responses or impact statements regarding project implementation
+ Plan and assist ACO in organizing Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) events.
+ Help develop Site and System IOC/FOC transition plans
+ Participate design, V&V activities, OT&E events and JFAIs and provide reports
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in Project Manager or Programme Coordinator Role.
* Minimum 5 years of Air C2 experience with knowledge of its concepts, policies and architectures.
* Knowledge of NATO project planning and funding and their related procedures.
* Working level knowledge of MS Office tools including MS Project.
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* NATO NSIP (NATO Security Investment Program) experience at Strategic Commands, NATO HQ or NCIA.
* Military Operational Experience at NATO or National HQs/Units.
SECURITY CLEARANCE
NATO Secret or national equivalent level is mandatory (verification will be conducted).
