Currently, we're looking for somebody to join us in our AIFMD team as:
AIFMD Integration Coordinator 5 months Fixed-Term Contract (XML, XSLT, PL/SQL)
As IAIFMD Integration Coordinator (XML, XSLT, PL/SQL) you will be responsible for effective operational client contact for the integration of new clients on AIFMD platform. You will manage each integration as a separate project and will provide continuous consulting from the integration kick-off until the successful launch on the platform. In addition, you will also interface with internal technical and business teams and contribute to significant platform changes and improvements such as roll outs and testing of new releases.
Your challenge
-You will actively manage a portfolio of clients that need to be integrated onto the AIFMD platform
-You will analyse the client's business requirements and work with them to define requirements, design appropriate integration solutions, test data integrity and verify business processes
-You will review and enforce integration quality, work with clients to create test cases to validate integration quality, and ensure integrations are smooth and do not cause negative customer impact
-You will work with clients to set and meet milestones and deliverables to deliver high-quality integration projects every time
-You will follow-up the planning on a daily basis and escalate to the Business Coordinator in case of problems
-You will test major developments according to testing grid and testing scope provided by the Business Coordinator
Who you are
You have the following characteristics, knowledge, skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment:
-You are fluent in English. The knowledge of German or any addition language will be considered as a plus
-You are able to use/update the Excel templates to generate client configuration scripts
-You have a good knowledge of XML and XSLT
-You have a good knowledge of PL/SQL Developer and MS Office
-A track record of managing and troubleshooting technical and business integration projects is highly valuable
-You have very good communication skills with the ability to face external and internal clients in a professional manner
-You are able to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing handling IT incidents and requests received via telephone or email
-You can work autonomously as well as in a team
-You pay attention to detail and have good analytical skills
-You are methodical and capable to work on different projects in parallel
-You are flexible, you know how to prioritise your workload and you respect your deadlines
