Agresso Support Engineer - Agresso Support, 3rd line support, Payroll- Swansea

Roc Search are currently recruiting for an Agresso Support Engineer to join their clients highly successful Support team on a contract basis based in the South West. The role will involve mainly supporting the Agresso ERP but you will also be supporting the office on a day to day basis providing 2nd/3rd line application support. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and be able to deal with people at all levels of seniority.

Essential skills include:

*Excellent 2nd/3rd line Application Support Experience
*Agresso Support
*Agresso HR/Payroll experience
*Windows Server 03/08/12

Desirable Skills include:

*Excellent customer service skills
*Able to work under pressure
