Our client, one of the world's leading service companies is currently looking for a Lead Consultant to be based in Lincoln.

As the Lead Consultant you will be responsible for providing detailed software expertise to the delivery of the Agresso application as well as developing Agresso Activities.

The consultant will bring technical expertise to the delivery team on a day to day basis being proactive.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure knowledge management is in place for all implemented Agresso modules (HR, Payroll, CSC, Finance)
- Client focused application support and development activities
- Active engagement and mentoring in specification and business case analysis
- Providing coaching and mentoring to other new members of the Agresso team (LCC staff are newly trained, Unit 4 implementation was an assisted build, so there are many people on the team with minimal experience)
- To ensure configuration management is being implemented across the team
- Working with and providing input to Project Managers as required
- Review and Quality assurance activities for Agresso development projects
- Design and develop new processes, workflows, or other components as required
- Input to the Improvement of the development process

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Experience of multiple Agresso ERP implementations in a Lead Consulting role in a project environment (may include experience with other ERP solutions)
- In-depth software knowledge of a combination of or all; Agresso Financial Management, Agresso HR, Agresso CSC and Agresso Payroll
- Experience in Business Process Analysis & Design
- Experience of specifying and delivering template solutions within a shared services environment
- Knowledge of business - High level consulting skills and demonstrative ability in building deep customer relationships
- Ability to interpret client business requirements to build a transformative business solution
- Ability to interpret/adapt solutions or approaches when formulating responses to issues or concerns.
- High level written and verbal communication skills with senior levels of the organisation
- Ability to influence actions and gain the support of others to meet objectives, building compelling business and organisational cases for change
- Experience within IT environment/IT background
- Must have implemented Agresso as a lead consultant in multiple environments
