Agresso HR and PY Consultant

The role is a healthy mix of supporting high level ticket cases from the client and functional design, implementation and development of Agresso ERP in the areas of HR and Payroll.

As an experienced Agresso ERP consultant, you will be responsible for the support and complete end to end process, including - but not limited to;

- Solving high level/3rd level support cases
- Configuration and customising
- Translating business processes into an Agresso ERP solution
- Developing complex solutions in a sand-box environment to the be rolled out to the customer
- Agresso HR and PY/Payroll
- SQL Scripting
- Documentation and training/knowledge transfer

As you will be located in the SSC, there will be an mixture of tailored configuration developments and support of existing projects. There are currently around 80 defects that need someone to come in and with their deep experience of full cycle Agresso ERP implementation work, solve.

Please note that although this job read support, this will be focussed on the tickets market highly important, so will test your skills. Also, please note that you will then move on to more implementation work for this customer and other customers in the Shared Service Centre as more customers migration to Agresso.
