- Experience with working in high-performing agile or DevOps teams
- Master of Scrum methodology:
- Backlog
- Spring planning
- Review and marketplace
- Expertise in Lean practices
- Expertise in DevOps way of working:
- Continuous delivery, cross-functional team set-ups, development of cross-skilled squad members
- Experience in transforming organization to adopt Agile
- Experience in mentoring/coaching top managers during the transformation journey
