Project Brief:
Client Management Platform (CMP) is web based application based on Salesforce.com. It is a CRM application providing various functionalities to handle end to end sales and CRM process including creation of leads, converting those to opportunities, managing customer accounts, contacts, agreements, activities, events etc. As a test analyst you will be required to work in an agile project and to provide technical oversight and test management across the Software Test Life Cycle with a key focus on following, including other management aspects as required.
