Agile Scrummasters - Amsterdam area - 6+ Months Contract

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for 2 Scrum Masters for an ongoing eCommerce project with one of our customers within the Retail market in Amsterdam, the Netherlands

The customer requires 2 Scrum Masters capable of leading one of the development teams made up of 5+ people, who is autonomous and able to drive the teams forward. You will be the driving force between the Development and Product teams and are not afraid of confrontations.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

- 5+ years' experience in IT, especially stakeholder management
- 2+ years' experience working in an Agile team
- Complete understanding of agile processes such as Scrum, XP and Kanban
- Must have recognized education in agile processes, certifications preferred
- Able to lead a team to make realistic and achievable delivery commitments
- Fluent English speaking
- EU passport holder/Able to travel

THE DETAILS OF THE CONTRACT INCLUDE:

- Start date: June 2018
- Duration: 6 months, with extensions expected
- Rate: Tell us what you need
- Location: Amsterdam area, the Netherlands
- Agreement: 40 hrs per week, at least 4 days on-site
