AGILE SCRUM MASTER - Project Manager - Start ASAP - Den Haag.

Next Ventures key client in the Insurance industry seeks an experience SCRUM Master Certified AGILE PM for 12 months contract work based in Den Haag. The project is BPM (PEGA) Focussed in nature so any experience with a BPM Application and within any role where you Project managed a BPM implementation or Development of a BPM Stream within the Insurance industry would be particularly relevant. AGILE Certification is a MUST. Work with Various teams onsite and offshore you will have 10+ years experience minimum and done this role within a large blue chip organisation. You will be a self starter and strong communication skills.

The roles requires close collaboration with business customers and IT in examining solution options and in planning and managing multiple stream of projects You will manage delivery for engagement with agreed customer scope, timescales, budget, and quality metrics, as well as assisting customers. You will have a proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be able to prioritize and deliver accordingly. You will advise delivery methodology and how this can be harmonized with a client's methodology; demonstrate a thorough understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum approaches to delivery You will lead and coach staff toward thought leadership and project excellence. You will specialise in Inflight Delivery Reporting and Manage the risks of the program and provide mitigation plans. You will support Practice Lead for governance escalations. Putting plans into action, communicating about plans, progress and issues, Coordinating with other internal and other dependent teams at customer site.
