Overall:

- Strong experience of Agile Consulting, Agile deployment, XP, Scrum Master or Agile Coaching areas
- Proven track record of global and large scale project management and agile delivery success
- Ability to manage and influence at the Technology and Business leadership levels to be able to drive change based on transparency to existing or transformation challenges
- Sound knowledge of end to end software development life cycle, with experience in managing or leading Agile engagements in an onsite-offsite model
- Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile adoption programs
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Experience in demonstrating thought leadership in respective specialized areas to customers
- Should have industry recognized certifications related to Agile such as SCRUM Master, Scrum Coach, RUP Certifications, etc.
- Knowledgeable on relevant tools in the different process domains (for eg process management, SDLC, IT Service Management, Project Management etc.)
- Ability to work in a deadline driven, result oriented environment
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Develop and share best practices
