Agile Project Manager is required to join a large Insurance firm and deliver a number of business and IT based projects. The Agile PM will be responsible for being a champion of the Agile methodology, a scrum master, and have an excellent delivery record with this methodology

It is imperative you

- Are an Agile specialist with a proven track record and varied delivery
- Have a track record within the Insurance industry
- Have an excellent delivery record within Agile environments and are a champion of this methodology
- Skilled in managing the delivery of complex Business & IT projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies - upgrades, implementations, deployments and development projects
- Adept at delivering and embedding organisational and process changes related to new IT systems introduction
- Certified Change Management practitioner
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience of reporting up to CTO & COO level
- Experience with budgets of £1m+
- Previous responsiblility for the delivery of projects in Europe and Asia Pacific and managing distributed teams
- Creating governance frameworks
