JOB:Agile Project Manager
LOCATION:Belgium
CONTRACT:6-12 months
RATE:€425+ per day
I am currently looking for an Agile Project Manager to start a contract immediately with a Banking project in Belgium. The aim of the role is to implement Agile and Scrum as a methodology to an environment which is currently operating outside of rigid project methods.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Agile and Scrum methodology implementation
Liaison with senior management and stakeholders
Project Management of internal IT development teams
Definition of requirements
Sprint Planning and management
Ensuring quality of sprint deliverables
Budget and resource management for project
Consistent reporting in line with deliverables
REQUIREMENTS:
-5+ years' experience in Project Management facilitating cross-organizational teams
-Must have experience working in Agile
-Must be fluent in English (Dutch/French are a plus)
-Certification in Scrum master/Product owner/Prince2/PMP/ITIL will be an advantage
-Project Management experience in a software development environment (ideally certified eg Prince2, PMP, APMG)
-Experience of managing a multidiscipline team
-Budget management
-Strong communications skills at all levels of organisations
-Previous experience within development a bonus
