Agile Project Manager

Our client in Center City Philadelphia is looking for an experience Project Manager/Agile Coach and Scrum Master for a long term contract role. They will take on a leadership role within the PMO, championing Agile methodologies across several different software development teams. They will also manage SDLC projects, and help to establish the appropriate project management processes for successful implementation of Agile in the software development group.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master and proven software development project management experience
- Ability to coach the team without overpowering the culture (figure out what is needed and implement it, but not come in and establish an entirely new culture).
- Experience coaching executives and management through the Agile Transition
- Prior experience within a structured PMO
- Willingness to get hands-on with the teams and excellent communication skills
