Agile Project Manager

Yoh has a long term contract opportunity for an AGILE PROJECT MANAGER to join our client in Redmond, WA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- THIS IS A KEY ROLE FOR THE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE FOCUSED ON LEADING THE DELIVERY OF SOLUTIONS FOR SERVICES.
- Work closely with Product/Business Owners, as well as Development, Test, and Operations teams to ensure the minimum viable product meets business needs.
- Identify resource requirements, assist in preparation of the Product Backlog, proactively manage Sprint risks and issues, manage internal and external expectations.
- Demonstrate understanding of business requirements analysis that follows industry best practices for software development life cycle (SDLC) in a team environment.
- Present and publish Sprint and Release status to stakeholders and leadership team.
- Proactively mitigate risks and impediments before they become blocking issues.
- Coordinate interdependent efforts with internal Partner teams.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in Program/Project Management of multiple shared services, with a history of successful implementation and timely shipment of high quality releases utilizing Agile/Scrum practices.
- Strong technical experience, CRM or ERP experience ideal.
- Extensive experience in the Microsoft Stack.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical skills to help solve complex technical problems.

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:

- ScrumMaster would be ideal.
- Experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration.
- PMP or PMI-ACP is a plus.
- Previous experience as a software developer is a plus.
- Prefer some understanding of cloud technologies.
