Agile Project Manager

AGILE PROJECT MANAGER POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing cutting edge development projects! We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support all aspects of a software development projects in an Agile environment. We are seeking a Project Manager with a Scrum Master background and a Scrum Master Certification (CSM) is preferred. We are seeking someone who is very organized and detail oriented. We are seeking someone who is an effective communicator, who can work across business units to ensure that the project milestones are being met and the project is timelines are being met. This position will be managing complex system implementation projects with custom and 3rd party applications.

Daily responsibilities will include:

- Project planning
- Development
- Change control
- Translating complex concepts between business customers and technical project team
- Project Implementation
- Issue management
- Facilitating project meetings
- Risk analysis

SKILL REQUIRMENTS:

- 5+ years of professional Project Management experience managing fast-paced development projects
- 2+ years Scrum Master experience.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM) is preferred
- Must have experience managing projects utilizing Agile methodologies
- PMP is required
- BS in Computer Science, MIS, or computer related specialization is required.
- 5+ years experience with MS Project
