JOB TITLE: AGILE PROJECT MANAGER

WORK LOCATION: PHOENIX, AZ, WEST

DURATION: 12 MONTHS +

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- This is to hire experienced agile coach/scrum master to guide and lead new agile team to follow best practices of agile methodology. Required Skills: Agile methodology experienced. Certified scrum master Nice to Have: Completed few agile project as scrum master
----------------------------------------------------------------------- Looking at someone who has worked as Scrum Master for 4-5 projects and additional most important worked as Coach for Agile implementations.

This position requires an experienced Coach with a strong understanding of and hands-on experience with Agile Methods, including Scrum. This individual will be responsible for the delivery of training and the coaching needed to transition traditional development teams to agile and to continue to mature existing Agile teams. Scope of training and coaching includes team organization/self-management, Scrum, agile technical practices. The focus of these particular positions is on Agile development methods and practices.
