Agile Project Management Analyst - Switzerland - 60/80%

Our client, a major international organisation based near Lausanne in Switzerland is looking for a consultant with knowledge of Agile project management methodology.

Working with projects managers across the organisation responsible for software development, you will advise on frameworks (specifically SAFE and LESS), methodologies and models to ensure that project managers adhere to company-defined standards.

You will be responsible for establish a training plan, advise project managers on how to plan Agile projects and put in place tools to measure the adoption and success of the new methodology.

You will have previous experience in project management or PMO environments, preferably software development, and will be well-versed in Agile methodology and how to measure the adoption of an Agile framework.

Strong communication skills are essential as you will be working with both senior and junior project managers across the organisation.

This position will be at 60-80%
