Agile Product Owner (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-You will work with several Product Owners within a context of a large-scale business transformation programme in a financial services company
-Your will make sure that the product features laid out by the Chief Product Owner are implemented efficiently
-You will participate in backlog refinements, increment planning and cross-team refinement meetings to help the teams focus on the minimum viable product
-You will ensure that agile teams understand and implement only the absolute minimum necessary to deliver the features scheduled for this increment
-You will make sure the necessary alignments between teams and Product Owners happen and moderate them as necessary
-You will drive alignments between different Product Owners and monitor their execution
-You will develop product decisions into implementable and actionable concepts or policies

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experience in financial services industry (preferably with credit card issuers)
-Proven ability in understanding complex software products and working on the business side of software development teams
-Solid experience in agile software development projects as product owner
-Fluency in English (minimum competence level C1 CEFR) is necessary to communicate within the project; fluency in German is an additional advantage
