We are now recruiting new Associate Java Developers for a new project based in Edinburgh.

What we need from you:

You must be at the top of your game both in terms of technical expertise and IT industry-awareness.

You should possess the following qualities:

- A minimum of 5 years commercial experience in developing Enterprise solutions
- You will have a very strong technical background in Java technologies
- You will have been involved with all aspects of software delivery and life cycle, from inception phase to delivery
- You will have solid experience working on bespoke built enterprise OO applications
- You have successfully applied Agile/XP/Scrum practices and introduced Agile techniques and you may even have coached teams to apply them effectively, thanks to your Agile expertise and outstanding communication skill.
- You will have exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills including exceptional client facing/consulting skills
- You will have your own opinions about how to build great software and be prepared to defend them
