For our customer we are looking for a Agile IT Project Manager - Trade & Risk
eWork is direct supplier to our customer - there are no extra middlelayer. This means that we have good contact with procurement and in many cases, know the stakeholder and his needs.
A Project Manager is required to manage the delivery of 2 projects (50/50). The Business Project Manager will be responsible for the administration and coordination of the projects, ensuring costs, schedules and deliverables are managed efficiently. Input from a broad range of stakeholders from across the organisation is essential to the success of the project, so demonstrable experience of effective engagement and management of Stakeholders is also required. The project will be running using the Agile methodology, so a proven track record of successfully delivering Agile projects, preferably using SCRUM in the role of Scrum master, is essential.
The project will have a significant number of dependencies to other projects within the Bank. Consequently, it requires a Project Manager who can maintain the focus of team members on ensuring high quality of products, and hold others accountable for timely completion of high quality work. The Project Manager should have experience of leading and delivering complex projects involving both business and IT work streams, ideally within the banking industry. Experience delivering international projects would also be beneficial.
