JOB TITLE: AGILE EXPERT
LOCATION: OSLO, NORWAY
DURATION: 1+ YEAR CONTRACT
START: ASAP
RATE: AS PER MARKET.
SKILLS: Project Manager, Agile Applications Development, Organizational Agility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving the agile acceleration.
- Supporting and coaching our internal frontrunners Agile Champions .
- Report on the agile acceleration.
- Promote sharing and teach agile courses.
- Agile/Scrum product ownership.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND
- Hands on experience with Agile methodologies, and ScrumMaster/Product Owner
- Extensive knowledge of cross domain scaled agile methodologies like LESS, SAFe
- Project management/experience leading change
- Understanding people as well as process and how to get things implemented.
- Hands on experience with coaching/training
- Technical Background.
- Strong English communication both written and verbal
EXPECTED PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Structured, ambitious, detail oriented and targeted.
- Practical and operational approach to work tasks and clear business understanding.
- You finish your tasks in a timely manner and deliver high quality whilst keeping track of your work.
- You are outgoing, open and a good team player. You can also participate in co-operation across the organization.
