We are seeking Agile Engineers with Good expertise in Genesys and its related solutions to work along side our team based in the Netherlands.
RELEVANT SKILLS
Agile mindset and experience in SCRUM
Proficient in spoken and written English, Dutch a benefit
You are comfortable working in an international team
Degree at University or similar level
Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Proven experience in problem analysis and resolution of complex software problems.
Basic understanding of networking and communications infrastructure.
Experience working in or supporting Contact Center environments

English and Dutch speakers are a benefit
