Agile Domain Coach

Agile Domain Coach - English speaker

Location: proximity to Hoofddorp, Netherlands
Duration: 4 months initial contract
Languages: English (main), Dutch and French (secondary - non-mandatory)
Rate: Competitive market rate(Euros)/hour

Key objectives: Supporting senior management in their agile transition to develop a transition program related to a certain business domain, bringing the sense of purpose/urgency on objectives and opportunities and solving problems. Helping the SM's, PO's and their teams deliver quality quickly.

Responsibilities & tasks:

- Support senior management in developing transition plans: understand hard and soft change objectives and ability to analyze, identify and solve impediments at the scale of their adoption
- Coach management at senior management level to apply lean-agile thinking and way of working including servant leadership
- Aligning multiple SM's, PO's and their teams in a specific domain towards transition goals
- Guide domain towards Agile at scale (SAFe can be base)
- Ensure that you are informed on the change process and framework of the company and act and communicate accordingly
- Establish transversal links over domains and Agile Release Trains (ART's)

Key skills:

- Overview, cross functional awareness
- Deep practical experience in Agile set up in corporate environments
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience within Business development/Information Management/IT Development (eg Developer, Project Manager, etc)
- Experience in large-scale distributed Agile projects and scaling frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, etc)
- Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4) and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification
- Knowledge of/experience with Kanban for software development
- Certified Scrum Master and/or Product Owner
- Experience as SAFe RTE
- Lean Six Sigma, Green- or Black Belt Certification
