We are working strategically with one of our core clients who is looking for an experience and highly knowledgeable as a Agile Coordinator
SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT - AGILE COORDINATOR
- Driving the tactical day-to-day product delivery process, including removing blockers that kill productivity or block the team's progress.
- Work closely with product delivery team(s) to ensure agreed upon backlog items are prioritized, developed and released.
- Coordinate with other delivery managers, and product leads to identify and manage cross-team risks & dependencies.
- Develop and monitor metrics to determine the success criteria for delivery.
- Embrace a continuous improvement mindset, and drives the use of agile engineering best practices and innovation
- Lead retrospectives to uncover what's working, what's not and how we can improve.
- Train and coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindset
- Promote and encourage collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business, delivery, and other entities within the organization
- Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings across several different onsite and distributed delivery teams
- Play an instrumental role in the organization's Agile transformation, acts as a change agent, and shows strong leadership skills with a positive and collaborative attitude
AGILE COORDINATOR MANDATORY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years of delivery management experience working in an agile development environment.
- Demonstrated on-the-job experience Embedded within agile development teams, facilitating the day-to-day Development efforts and delivering high quality product.
- Solid ability to work with both technical and non-technical groups to facilitate teamwork, respect, and continuous performance improvement.
- Ability to bring multiple groups together to facilitate prioritization of needs and drive those priorities in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Adept with agile project tracking tools such as iObeya/TFS/Jira Agile or comparable/2 - 3 years experience
- Technical acumen is required.
- Familiar with common agile/lean engineering practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices.
- Good Understanding of French or Dutch.
