Agile Coach - Scrum Master - 6 months - Dublin - £320-£325
My client in Dublin are looking for an Agile Coach/Scrum Master to start ASAP for a 6 month contract.
1. Experience in Agile Transformation and coaching, both with individual teams, multiple teams concurrently, and across organizations or very large programs.
2. Expertise in multiple Agile approaches such as Scrum, XP, FDD, DSDM, and similar. Prefer experience working particularly with XP engineering principles, kanban, and Lean approaches to software delivery.
3. Fluent English mandatory, ability to communicate comfortably with senior level executives, team members, and everyone in between. Must be able to be self-directed when needed and highly collaborative when needed.
4. Ability to be a change agent - helping drive cultural change through being an example and through directing practices.
5. Knowledge of Enterprise Agile transformation including approaches such as SAFe, DAD, or similar.
6. Several years' experience working with teams and working in an organizationally scoped role.
7. Several years' experience in Agile Coach and Scrum Master roles, preferably at multiple organizations, note, having been a Scrum Master for a team is not enough.
Skills:
1. Prefer someone with knowledge of Enterprise Agile transformation including approaches such as SAFe, DAD, or similar. Must have several years experience working with teams and working in an organizationally scoped role.
2. Several years' experience in Agile Coach and Scrum Master roles, having been a Scrum Master for a team is not enough.
3. Experience with Lean approaches to Software development, Scrum, XP, FDD and similar Agile approaches.
