Agile Coach/Scrum Master

Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity working as an AGILE COACH/SCRUM MASTER based on site in The Hague.

Daily rate - Market rate Duration- 3 month rolling Location - The Hague

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Vast industry experience with at least experience working as Agile Coach/Scrum Master
- Someone who can help management at all levels of the organization to understand the benefits of working agile
- Teach and facilitate stand-ups, planning and estimation, retrospectives, and so on, and have the responsibilities be handed over to Full Stack team
- Helping the team decide what they need to improve and which practices to try out
- Have regular coaching sessions with the individual team members, including the Product Owner, to help them on their agile journey

Tech Stack: Following are the technologies used, experience of below or relevant frameworks will be advantage:

- JAVA 8, SPRING API, APACHE FLINK, SONAR, SELENIUM, QTP, SERVICE VIRTUALIZATION, SOAP UI FOR API TESTING, BDD USING JBEHAVE, SONAR, OWASP RULES, JENKINS, MAVEN, GITHUB, ARTEFACTORY, NOLIO, DOCKER, KUBERNETES
