Agile Coach/Project Manager

AGILE PROJECT MANAGER COACH

Our client, headquartered in Zurich, is an important subsidiary of a global company in the finance industry.

We are looking for an AGILE Transfer Agent who can start as soon as possible.

In the context of the Agile Transformation Program a Project Management/Agile Transfer Agent is required on a very senior level with a respective Coach the Coach approach.

Scope of work:

Defining agile transformation approach and hands-on coaching of projects and teams in applying agile practices (SCRUM or Kanban) and transforming to agile teams

Tasks:

- Planning and running agile readiness workshop
- Establishing agile transformation approach for the organization
- Evaluating agile training and coaching needs of the involved teams
- Providing agile trainings (methods, role specific training for SCRUM Master and Product Owner)
- Providing hands-on agile coaching to the involved teams and projects
- Evaluating, managing and supporting resolution of agile impediments backlog
- Reporting regularly on the progress of the agile transformation

Must:

- SCRUM or Kanban Certification (eg SCRUM Master, Product Owner)
- Extensive know-how AND practical experience (2-3 years) in applying agile methods (SCRUM or Kanban development methods)
- Extensive experience in leading agile teams (a.g. as SCRUM Master or Product Owner) - min. 2-3 years
- Experience in coaching teams to apply agile methods and practices
- Moderation Skills (moderating workshops, planning meetings, daily stand-ups and retrospectives)
- Languages: German AND English
- Social skills: proficient communication skills on all management levels, ability to persuade people,

ability to handle many tasks in parallel
