IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Coach the agile enterprise transformation with focus on IT and its direct business interfaces
-Support and enable internal resources
-Build-up a global Lean-Agile Portfolio Management across the regions
-Identify strategic themes that connect portfolio and strategy
-Integrate agile IT processes with business
-Establish PI Planning
-Enable agile teams to work with SCRUM methodology (work with backlog, user stories, sprints, stand-up meetings, retrospective etc.) and use defined tools (e.g. Jira)
-Define detailed transformation roadmap as well as roles and responsibilities of key roles (Architect, Scrum Master, Product Owner etc.)
-Integrate ITIL V3 processes into Agile framework
-SAFE and Agile trainings (SAFE for teams, Leading SAFE, Product Owner, Product Manager, SCRUM Master etc.)

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience as SAFE Program Consultant Trainer
-SCRUM and LEAN know-how
-ITIL V3 know-how
-Experience with Agile transformation in enterprises developing IT solutions
-Fluency in English and German
