You will form part of the Lean-Agile Coaches team. This team is responsible for directing and supervising the transition of employees to a more flexible customer-oriented supply chain approach and a culture of continuous improvement.
SKILLS:
- 2-5 years experience coaching in Lean and Agile
- Dutch Speaking
FUNCTION:
-You ensure that HR staff have knowledge of the letter and spirit of lean/agile working.
-You develops and provides education and training for this purpose.
-You coach teams to (continue to) work according to the agreed lean/agile values, principles and method
6 months contract but is likely to be extended
