AGILE COACH/LEAD

A AGILE COACH/LEAD is Urgently required for one of my clients for a long term position within a banking sector of my. You will be working with some of the most highly skilled agile likeminded candidates within the organisation. The Coach helps tribes and squads growing strong in applying specific Continuous Improvement practices and adopting an appropriate mindset to their work. As it takes time to adopt changes, the Coach must spend time with key roles in the teams (Scrum Masters, Product Owners, ..) to help them to become more proficient and to personally and actively adopt and adhere to a companywide Agile transformation. The goal of the Coach is for the tribes and squads group to become autonomous in continuous improvement, to fully mature in this reflexes when the coach leaves.

KEY ACTIVITIES

Develop self-sustainable and structurally improving teams by

Coaching teams to adopt a solid Management System

Coaching teams to adopt their new roles and responsibilities

Supporting team in understanding their clients' needs and defining improvements objectives

Supporting team in monitoring adequately their performance

Develop Lean Leaders attitude and skills by coaching leaders to:

Understanding their role in a new Operating Model

effectively support and promote the transformation within the organization.

challenge and support teams

effectively lead problem solving

Provide support to the transformation by structurally identifying coaching needs and providing appropriate standards to ensure consistent roll-out of coaching

SKILLS:

Have a vast experience in coaching

Proven experience in a complex organization

Experience with the specific discipline(s) for which the coach is providing support: Transformation, Lean
