The role sits within the team who are driving Agile from the top down and are looking at introducing 20 agile coaches globally, 8 in London. They are looking for Agile Coaches to be split across around 150 projects that they are porting to an Agile methodology. Each coach will be responsible for around five projects.
The role requires an experienced Agile Coach with a strong tech background, understanding of development methodologies ie Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavioural Driven Development (BDD) and/or Domain Driven Development (DDD)
Candidates will be expected to have extensive experience of product owner coaching, user stories, user acceptance and have the capability to really imprint agile methodology within a large cooperation ideally investment banking
