AGILE COACH/INTERNATIONAL/BANKING

We are looking for an Agile Coach for a Global Banking Client in Amsterdam. The client is currently in the transition of moving to an Agile way of working. You will work in an international environment where you will work together with internal stake holders, vendors and outsource parties on-shore and off-shore. Your role within the project will be focussing on helping the development teams to achieve higher levels of agility using Scrum and acting as a high performing team under tight project timelines in a distributed agile environment.

Your responsibilities

- Helping the teams apply Agile thinking to the specific distributed agile environment
- Working as an advisor you help the team adapt the methodology to their environment, and help the team challenge the existing environment
- Coaching and mentoring the teams on way of working
- Helping the team to reach consensus for what can be achieved during a specific period of time.

Your profile

- Experience as Agile coach and/or SCRUM master in delivery projects
- HBO/WO level, preferably in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- Experience with full life cycle software development/application life cycle management
- Experience as a SCRUM master with distributed team
- Experience working in a banking environment
