AGILE COACH INFRA

For one of my globally leading banking clients I am urgently looking for a fluent Dutch speaking Agile Coach with Infra experience for at least 1 year project working from my clients lavish offices in Amsterdam.

KEY EXPERIENCE:
* In-depth knowledge of DevOps and Agile methods including coaching of different squads.
* Experience with Scrum (Backlog and sprint planning, review and marketplace) and expert with Lean.
* Expert in the DevOps way of working (continuous delivery, cross-functional teams, development of cross-skilled squad members).
* Experience with high-performing Agile or DevOps teams.
* Experience with coding or Scripting tools such as C ++, Python or Bash.
* Knowledge of virtual environment and tools such as VMware or vROps.
* Knowledge of system configuration and automation tools such as Puppet, Chef, Ansible.
* Excellent level of Dutch and English (speaking and writing)

DESCRIPTION:
As Agile Coach (Infra) your main goal is to help the teams, the individual team members and the organization as well as possible to become familiar with the Agile way of working, to go along with the intended cultural change and thus to achieve maximum performance in all respects. Your first responsibility is to train the teams and to coach them on the consistent and proper application of the Agile principles and continuously improve the working method.
You are a convincing and energetic Agile Coach with a passion for communication, group dynamics and coaching. You do not shy away from problems and continuously promote behavioural change. You participate in DevOps activities such as sprint planning and retrospectives and you facilitate coaching for team members, Product Owners and IT Area Leads. You become a role model for the DevOps way of working and you are a reliable advisor for everyone around you. You create a working environment with a collaborative culture and a focus on continuous improvement. The goal is to provide a reliable infrastructure service to the customer, and to become a high performing agile organization.

You will
What are you going to do exactly? Facilitate and improve the DevOps way of working in squads and IT Areas:
Introduce DevOps way of working to the squads and IT Infra Areas (bootcamps, workshops, training, 1-on-1 coaching).
Support the rituals and tools for squads.
Continuously assess the maturity of squads on the basis of a standard DevOps maturity model, so that any holes can be closed and continuous improvement can be made.
Producing and maintaining training and workshop materials, and maintaining best practices for Infra NL.
Support squads and chapters in achieving their purpose
Ensuring uniformity of different roles/functions with regard to responsibilities and key concepts - eg Facilitating management for IT Area Leads, DoD and DoR for Product Owners.
Help squads to (re) define their mission and translate this into implementable epics and user stories.
Support the design of specific roles, responsibilities and deliverables in squads and chapters.
Promote cooperation and agreement between squads and chapters and their stakeholders:
Facilitate agreement and regular tuning possibilities between squads (PO consultation, marketplace). You also coach Product Owners and Scrum Masters to take over such facilitating tasks.
Support chapters in the exchange of knowledge between squads and IT Areas.
Coach squads, and especially POs to regularly enter into a dialogue with the customer.
Conducts problem solving sessions to help the squads overcome obstacles.
