Whitehall resources are currently recruiting for Agile Coach - Dutch speaking for our client in the Netherlands.

Key Requirement:

- Agile Coach who can further shape the Client Way of Working and culture within a department (400 people) in a responsible, inspiring and coaching way.
- You are a natural and passionate motivator who helps people to get the best out of themselves. Trust is an important basis.
- You are strongly focused on interaction, you connect people and clear communication is key.
- You are convincing in your performance and creative in your solutions.
- You know how to simplify complex issues and giving and receiving constructive feedback is a natural habit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Your main goal is to coach the teams, individual team members and all other relevant roles (stakeholders and managers) with improving their Agile skills and behaviour while introducing Agile Client's Way of Working.
- You will lead the desired culture change to create a maximum performance in every respect.
- First responsibility is to train the teams and coach them on a consistent and proper application of the principles of Agile.
- Continuously coach them to improve their way of working.
- Point out bottlenecks in the processes and in the cooperation within the team.
- Provide methods to solve these problems.
- Have an exemplary role in dealing with feedback and making sure the team members have the courage to give feedback proactively by enhancing a safe atmosphere.
- Besides that you are present in reviews, retrospectives, stand-up meetings, planning sessions and other meetings to coach the team to further improve performance.
- Depending on the maturity and needs of the teams you work with two to four teams.
- In addition, you coach the (senior) management on Agile Leadership and you stimulate a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- You are aware of the latest developments and trends with regard to Lean, Agile, Change management and Coaching and in your chapter together you translate this to practical solutions and ways of working.
- Ensure that your teams know and understand the Client's Culture Code and comply to it as team and as individuals.
