Agile Coach - Design, Data, Lean and Agile (DDLA)

- Support the transition of new and existing projects to an Agile way of working.
- Assess team readiness for agile, and agree the project fluency levels reported to leadership
- Act as a team agile coach Embedded within teams as required:
- Mentor and coach agile delivery teams, team coaches and product owners.
- Identify and coach emergent team coaches within the department.
- Provision of onsite, adhoc and formal agile/lean training, with support from the central Agile adoption team.
- Enable Lean practice adoption, in the context of project delivery.
- Establish project metrics to measure iterative customer benefits.
- Help the Leadership Team understand and develop their Agile and Lean knowledge and practices.
- Participate and support in Agile Communities Of Practice: ensuring consistent methods/approaches are used across the group
- Become fluent in the customer's Agile Change Lifecycle (our SDLC for Agile projects), and support its adoption by projects
- Identify impediments to the Agile ways of working, and work with the central team to solve/mitigate.
