The Agile Coach's key responsibilities include:
- Understand the reason why we're going towards agile.
- Understand the domain that is being transformed.
- Understand the agile delivery model and the responsibilities of the different roles.
- Coach the teams on how to perform agile analysis, slicing epics and reviewing quality of deliverables.
- Assist the teams in the preparation and execution of Big Room Planning.
SKILLS
Agile Coaches have typically the following skills:
- Knowledge of Agile processes
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- Leadership skills
- Communication skills
- People management skills
- Managing and resolving impediments
- Experience in resolving conflicts and negotiation
- Experience in process coaching
- Experience in developing and delivering training
